Wanna get better? 😏

I hope that you guys are doing aaawesome, and if you’re not, I’ll make sure you do! πŸ˜„ So yeah, I’m writing after 1 month (I’m so sorry 😣) as I was pretty busy since University resumed. (Being a law student is hard πŸ˜‚) However, no more excuses! I’ll be posting every 2 weeks henceforth. πŸ™…

Lately, many people have been asking me quite some questions regarding how they could get better. Surprisingly enough, many were referring to some physical change: hair-dying, a haircut, a new skin care routine, a complete makeover or a new dressing style. πŸ‘’  Needless to say, I did give them my views, but honestly speaking, some already looked ‘perfect’ (pertaining to the physical change) in my opinion: they only wanted to FEEL better and thought that a physical alteration was the sole act which would make then feel great. This is why (tatadadaaaawπŸŽ‰) today’s theme revolves around tips to ALWAYS make you feel on point. 😌 Feeling adventurous? Keep reading 😏:

1. Be YOURSELF πŸ™†

Sounds clichΓ©, right? πŸ˜‚

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

I am undoubtedly sure that you people probably already know this: that you should not let yourself be reduced by what happens to you, but rather rise above it all and stay yourself. Sounds hard, but it is possible! ❀ However, my point is something else: yes, stay yourself, but if you know that you have some awful habits, don’t just keep them for the sake of being ‘yourself’.  My advice would be to preserve your sparkle by exploiting your talents and seeking excellence by staying consistent in your efforts. Also, be honest: you DON’T have to compromise for others’ happiness! As long as your joy is concerned, you HAVE the right to be selfish as not everyone cares, some are just curious. Nevertheless, remember: you are not alone in your struggle, you will never be. Have faith and leave the bad habits behind! πŸ€

2. Forgiveness

Accurate indeed! 😢

However hard things are/have been, it always relieves to eventually let go of the associated anger. It is true that pain doesn’t go away as quickly as you’d expect it to and that we ALL have some scars deep inside. The key  is to avoid making excuses for the shitty acts of others and to learn to accept that not everyone deserves to stay in your life. Getting better = Getting rid of people who hurt you and hold you back. Let go of the past and embrace the present, it’s where the magic happens! 🌟

3. Be a ROLE MODEL

 A role model is “a person who serves as an example of the values, attitudes, and behaviors associated with a role.” Role models can also be persons who distinguish themselves in such a way that others admire and want to emulate them.

You want to know how this will help you feel better? πŸ’ Well, being helpful provides an amazing sense of self-love and satisfaction as you feel needed/wanted since people appreciate the energy/vibes/content you emit. There’s no better way to boost your confidence. You can do so by joining an NGO or creating a Blog, for example. (Hah!😜) Besides this, it is essential to LISTEN more to others to seek understanding rather than just trying to be right. You don’t have ONE mouth and TWO eyes for no reason. Be as polite as possible as your courtesy DOES make a difference, it makes people remember you as a KIND little human. πŸ€— Being a role model also implies being open to change and educating yourself everyday. Moreover, be daring! I know quite some people who are passive fence-sitters, but, trust me, success doesn’t grow on the fence, but rather on the other side. πŸ˜‰

There you go my Loves! πŸ’‹ It is unequivocal that I haven’t touched the aspect of eating healthily or improving your physical appearance as I primarily focused on the emotional and mental aspects of the issue. My next posts will cover all of these and help you guys become the best versions of yourselves. 😊
